I was a loyal customer of Gift Express on WhatNot and chose to support their first Palmstreet show as well. I placed multiple orders in October intended as Christmas gifts.
Those orders remained in “label created” status for weeks with no shipment movement. Multiple attempts to contact the company went unanswered. Meanwhile, the same products continued to be sold on other platforms.
Additionally, during a previous WhatNot live show, my shipping information was displayed on screen to a large audience. A user then made a comment about sending unwanted items to my home. I was removed from the show, and the situation was not addressed in a way that made me feel protected as a customer.
As a small business owner, I understand that delays and mistakes can happen. However, communication, accountability, and customer safety are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Buyers should proceed carefully, especially if timing or communication is important.
Shipping takes forever, customer service is a joke. They run a bidding war on whatnot and will block you if you tell people what they are selling the fragrance on their website for so they can continue scamming people.
I placed two separate orders on 12/15/2025. 1. One totaling $115.80. 2. Another totaling $568.89. Both were promised for delivery within 5-7 days, meaning I expected them by 12/22/2025. I called on December 23, only to be informed that they would arrive in 2 days. When I followed up on December 25, I was told the orders were on the way. The first order finally came on December 27, five days late. I reported that I still hadn't received the second order and was advised to call back in two days if it didn't arrive. Since then, I have been calling every two days, and as of today, 1/7/2027, the orders intended for friends and family for Christmas remain undelivered. I am incredibly stressed and disappointed with the service. If I don’t reach out, I receive no communication from them. Very poor customer support. I will not be using this service again.
They did an excellent job fulfilling my order. Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, it was definitely worth it as I received a genuine product at the best price available. I will continue to shop here and hope for a wider selection of niche perfumes and more Arabic options.
