I was a loyal customer of Gift Express on WhatNot and chose to support their first Palmstreet show as well. I placed multiple orders in October intended as Christmas gifts.
Those orders remained in “label created” status for weeks with no shipment movement. Multiple attempts to contact the company went unanswered. Meanwhile, the same products continued to be sold on other platforms.
Additionally, during a previous WhatNot live show, my shipping information was displayed on screen to a large audience. A user then made a comment about sending unwanted items to my home. I was removed from the show, and the situation was not addressed in a way that made me feel protected as a customer.
As a small business owner, I understand that delays and mistakes can happen. However, communication, accountability, and customer safety are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
Buyers should proceed carefully, especially if timing or communication is important.
