Customer service was horrible. The package status was “label created” for 7 days. When I questioned them they blamed UPS and said UPS never scanned it. They said they would not contact UPS to start a claim even though they claimed they delivered the package and UPS said the opposite. UPS suggested that I request a refund or dispute the charge with my bank so I requested a refund because it felt like a scam. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. There was much more (like I purchased an item that was in stock, but was informed it was out of stock when I started questioning the whereabouts of the package) the back story to this made this experience much worse. Good news I found a different company that has great customer service and reliable transport for their packages and I will have my perfume by tomorrow!
