I ordered what was advertised as Tresor perfume, but the product I received is not authentic. The scent and quality are completely inconsistent with the original fragrance.
This is very disappointing, especially considering the expectation of receiving a genuine product. Additionally, charging a 15% return fee under these circumstances is unacceptable when the item is not as described.
I will be returning this immediately and expect this issue to be handled appropriately. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
