I ordered a flip book and a custom card at the beginning of December for Christmas gifts, and now we are just three days away from Christmas without any notifications from the company. It seems I won't receive them before the holiday as promised in their advertisement. Additionally, there is no contact option available on their website, so I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to.
