Hidden fees and no communication

I placed an order and discovered they charged me additional fees that weren't disclosed during the checkout process. After contacting the support team, they promised a refund for those fees if I still wanted my order, to which I agreed. Now, over three weeks later, my order has yet to arrive, and I have received no response from customer support.

I want to express my appreciation for the exceptional assistance I received from Vicky and the entire team. The hair color of my child’s figure was incorrect, but they quickly resolved the issue and replaced it with a new one. One suggestion for the service would be to provide a preview of the Lego figure once the picture is uploaded. This way, any necessary edits can be made before finalizing the order. I ordered a flip book and a custom card at the beginning of December for Christmas gifts, and now we are just three days away from Christmas without any notifications from the company. It seems I won't receive them before the holiday as promised in their advertisement. Additionally, there is no contact option available on their website, so I can't even cancel my order if I wanted to.
