i have been trying to activate my card for going on 4 days now. i get no response from customer service or should i put it lack of any kind of customer service. i did everything the instructions said to do. It keeps saying my phone number is not valid but i got a text from customer service about the card. My experience has been nothing sort of shitty and would not recommend this service to anyone. It has been a complete waste of time when all my family was trying to do was something nice for me to get a good meal after completing a training class i just graduated from.
