i have been trying to activate my card for going on 4 days now. i get no response from customer service or should i put it lack of any kind of customer service. i did everything the instructions said to do. It keeps saying my phone number is not valid but i got a text from customer service about the card. My experience has been nothing sort of shitty and would not recommend this service to anyone. It has been a complete waste of time when all my family was trying to do was something nice for me to get a good meal after completing a training class i just graduated from.
Waited too long for gift card! Six weeks! When we received card it did not have all the info to activate it. Tried to contact on website and phone with no success! We would not recommend Giftly to anyone!
The recipient tried to use the gift certificate at the restaurant I purchased it for. They could not get it to work. He tried to contact gifterly and received no response. I tried to get my money back. They refused. They sent conflicting emails, which I have records of, saying it was used and also that it was not used, which it wasn't. I have tried to get a refund to no avail. The recipient received a threatening text message that his gift card was under investigation. I am truly so embarrassed by this whole ordeal.

This was an incredibly poor choice for a gift. It took more than two weeks to receive the so-called 'gift card.' It’s not a genuine gift card; you must enter a code to access the funds! My daughter had to wait for a Mastercard to be mailed to her. She could have received it via email in 4-5 days or even by text in just 1-2 days! What a disappointing Christmas gift! $100 for a service she couldn't use for at least two days. AVOID THIS!
