I contacted the support team and was asked to provide a 4-digit code from my bank statement. Since then, I've heard nothing back—no response, no follow-up, and still no gift card. I'll now be following up with my bank. Honestly, I’d recommend avoiding this service. It’s neither fast nor supportive, and just not worth the hassle.
