I've been using GiftOff to buy cards with BTC since 2017, and it's always been fantastic, in my experience. It takes about ten minutes to receive the card, but that's probably more to do with getting the confirmations on the blockchain. I haven't tried using a debit card or similar because I like having a way to spend BTC, but I'd have no concerns doing so. The design of the gifting emails has also recently improved quite a lot, so I sometimes just have the card sent straight to the recipient (someone leaving work, for example).
