Bought a digital gift card, assuming it would be sent immediately-ish (which seems reasonable - there was no indication otherwise on the sales page). I got an email saying it could take up to two hours, and to email if it hadn’t been sent in 12. Twelve hours later, it hadn’t been sent - I emailed. By after noon the next day, no response, so I emailed again saying it was a time sensitive gift. They replied shortly there after saying something about it being received but not “actioned”, now asking if I wanted it sent or refunded. I’d made no indication at any point I wanted it refunded, so I don’t know why they would have delayed things further to ask. But fine, I clarified to please send. No further response and it is now after business hours on a Friday. They also don’t provide you an order number, nor did I get a receipt (just the email saying it could take up to two hours). I definitely would not use again!
