However, I realized I had selected the wrong time, so I canceled that transaction and began booking the correct date and time. When I entered the voucher number, it said it was already redeemed because I had previously entered it in the other transaction, which I never completed. I contacted support to explain the situation, but they informed me there was nothing they could do since it was handled through a third party.
