5 Stars. I hope this message reaches the customer support team so they can finally respond to my emails and alert others about the difficulties of booking an experience through this platform. To summarize, the customer service response time has been unacceptable. I've been waiting for about a week for confirmation regarding a time-sensitive cooking class (scheduled for Valentine’s Day weekend, with limited options available). Since my confirmed booking request submitted on 1/15, I haven't been able to reach anyone. I've contacted the support team three times already without any reply. At this point, I would like a refund, as the class my partner and I are interested in will likely not be available, and I prefer to find a cooking class elsewhere.
