I spent $400 on my husband’s giftory only to give him a huge headache on his BD. It says the hotel is booked but the restaurant never confirmed. Then we tried to confirm the hotel and they asked for a confirmation number that giftory never gave us, and guess what? Now can’t check in, we can’t cancel it, and it is not refundable. Now I feel like a Karen on the phone with them because Giftory doesn’t have a phone number for us to contact them and it takes them TWO whole weeks to reply to our emails so next time I’ll get a response from them my husband will be one year older.
We do not deserve it at all when we are gifting a beloved one who only deserves the best. I am very frustrated.
