I was struggling to activate my JD gift voucher and contacted customer service for assistance. Rebecca was very helpful and gave me updates while she was investigating this for me. It was found that it was an issue on JD’s end and so she put the balance back on the gift voucher for use at another shop. Very helpful and efficient customer service from Rebecca :)
