I was struggling to activate my JD gift voucher and contacted customer service for assistance. Rebecca was very helpful and gave me updates while she was investigating this for me. As a company we are using Giftpay for a year and half now, and we are really satisfied with almost everything. They have a really good choice of retail brands in several countries, the system is user-friendly, all of our mangers are using it without any problems. The customer service is really good, always trying to help us with any issues, always replying within day or two. I can only recommend it for international companies like ours. We would love to have even more brands in some smaller countries, so I hope with time it can improve.
