Request Id - RGTI-01052024275002. Ordered cakes and flowers for my brother's anniversary. Requested to deliver in the morning. Called several times to their customer service and got the response that will check and get back but didn't get any update. Again when I called in the evening, they said the request is on hold as the delivery address is too far. I have placed the order after checking whether they have delivery to that location. They didn't have any courtesy to inform the customer if they can't deliver the request. When I checked for the next action, the customer service associate told me that they can arrange a third party courier service to deliver the products. How foolish response? Fresh cakes and flowers - delivery after 3-4 days. Not sure he is really fool or acting as a fool. Really fed up with these guys. Requested for refund, not sure will get or not. Update: Got the refund and apologize for the inconvenience. Hope they will make it better in future .
