Pathetic experience. First no order id was shared after successful payment of order.
Tried to contact via support on webpage and raised customer complaint but never heard anything on it.
Found out their whatsapp support number, and they shared info for tracking items. Only 1 item out of 2 got delivered after follow-up.
Followed up again for second item. That was couriered later as a second delivery after follow-up.
Now the reality of items:
1. The price of items marked on theoroduct itself when received was Rs 750 and sold on website at Rs1500.
2. Second product was baby clothes and totally not what I ordered.
Sigh! Never gonna order anything from them again.

I had a terrible experience with Gifts to India. I ordered an expensive fruit basket that was advertised as premium, fresh, and beautifully arranged. What was delivered, however, was completely unacceptable — a cheap-looking basket with basic fruits (just 2–3 pieces of each) and several fruits were half rotten.This was meant to be a special gift for someone who met with an accident and the poor quality was honestly embarrassing. The product delivered was nowhere close to what was shown or promised on the website.A truly ridiculous and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others not to use this website.
WARNING - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!! Please save yourself the trouble and hassle you will have to go through. It was a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with this place. I placed and order for a cake, roses and teddy to be delivered to my mother on Valentines Day. I made the payment and did not recieve an order #. I had to call them to get it. And then my order was NOT even delivered!! Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I spoke to Ravi (who seems to be the manager or lead) and he was absolutely a nightmare to deal with. He would not call me back or respond to my messages! I had to call and send messages ENDLESSLY to try to find out what happened! No one was taking accountability or would help! This was obviously a time sensative delivery given it was for Valentine's day. What is the point of delivering it the next day when the occasion has already passed? I spoke to Mohana, who said she would get back to me and she never got back to me! And another representative by the name of "Moon Moon" actually hung up on me! I kept calling and messaging because I wanted to receive my refund. And they were reading my whatsapp messages but did not respond! PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THEM! I don't know how they are in business! They are complete Frauds. They literally don't care and they will actually ignore you! Please don't entrust your special occasions..or any other delivery with this company! You will NOT get what you ordered for, or it will not be delivered at all. Save your money, your time and you peace of mind and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! The representatives "Ravi", "Mohana" and "Moon Moon" should be reprimanded for thier unprofessionalism and incompetency as representatives! I was enraged by the way they handled this situation! This company should not even be business,and I will also be filing a complaint with the National consumer of affairs! THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
NEVER order from this website. I ordered cake and flowers for Mother’s Day , only cake got delivered and no flowers, I have been trying to contact their customer service for past 3 days but they are “unavailable “They ruined my experience and also scammed me because I paid for the item which was never delivered.
I had 4 different orders for Mother's Day. I chose all the same day delivery items and ordered around 9AM India time. One order was delivered with no information as to who it was for or who sent it. Two other orders were delivered next day around 9PM in the night. The Mango basket did not look anywhere close or as good as the one shown in the picture. Even the cake and dry fruits packaging was not as good as in the picture. Disappointed!
I have so far experienced excellent service of Gifts-to-India, so am rather surprised to see so many bad ratings. The ordering process till checkout is simple, professional and I'd wish that our German friends here could take a lesson from them. The delivery was always on time, only once something went wrong. I was very frustrated, Gifts-to-India apologised, refunded the money, and still delivered my gift to the recipient, much later, but to my utmost surprise without charging me. This is how customers should be treated by vendors if something with the delivery or the product goes wrong. Therefore my Five Star Rating!
The site is not reliable at all. I ordered a cake for my mum's bday. It did not even a bit looked like the one I ordered and wasn't that fresh. The flowers I sent with it were also not fresh. I live in the UK and wanted to make it special for my mum but it got ruined. Feel so embarrassed in front of my parents.
I wish I had seen these reviews before. I had a HORRIBLE experience with them. They didn't deliver on time for my mother's birthday. It reached her the evening of the day after. Her birthday celebrations were a dud :( And to top it, THEY ARGUE THEY'RE RIGHT! My goodness, their customer service is downright MISERABLE. Please stay away.
