Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from the vendor manager. I received a call from someone identifying himself as Soumen Roy, a vendor manager, who was abusive, ill-mannered, and even threatening—easily the worst customer interaction I’ve ever experienced.Order ID: GTI2267622/2026: I had booked a gift on Jan 14 for delivery on Jan 19 through GiftstoIndia24x7, with full payment made in advance. The order status kept showing “Processed, will be delivered,” but customer care calls went unanswered and live chat was useless.Although the gift was finally delivered around 8 pm, it was too late—the anniversary ceremony was already over. Very disappointing service, made worse by the shockingly rude behavior. I hope no other customer has to deal with this.
