Horrundous experience..basically the person who attends the call or office in Gariahat branch..recently i rev6 a gift from USA in two intervals which were quite expensive according our currency..but received totally fungus chocolate and fruit quality like absolutely low ..flowers were ok ok..and some other things were just like bought from stock clearance it sell..my American friend got so disappointed..when he called they even didn't pick up the call..when I tried to talk..one very ill-mannered indecent male attend the call and asked me that whether I know the taste of chocolate or not..I feel this platform might have served good but now after didho est profit only.. specially it's very disappointing when becoz of such businessman india gets dishonored it criticized badly..shame on such people..I feel us guy will definitely avoid ..coz this man thought dollar payers are fools.
Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from the vendor manager. I received a call from someone identifying himself as Soumen Roy, a vendor manager, who was abusive, ill-mannered, and even threatening—easily the worst customer interaction I’ve ever experienced.
Order ID: GTI2267622/2026: I had booked a gift on Jan 14 for delivery on Jan 19 through GiftstoIndia24x7, with full payment made in advance. The order status kept showing “Processed, will be delivered,” but customer care calls went unanswered and live chat was useless.
Although the gift was finally delivered around 8 pm, it was too late—the anniversary ceremony was already over. Very disappointing service, made worse by the shockingly rude behavior. I hope no other customer has to deal with this.

*1/5 stars*If I could have rated negative , I would .Disappointing experience with GiftsToIndia24x7. Ordered a birthday gift for my daughters grandma's 70th birthday, but it didn't arrive on time. Customer support was unhelpful and blamed me for not confirming delivery time. Despite advance ordering and specific delivery date , they failed to deliver. Poor communication and service. Wouldn't recommend.
I was supposed to have a gift delivered for a child on the 24th September. GTI not only purchased it directly from Amazon but also had them delivered it. For some reason they tried in early August not the date we asked for, and then when we find out in September it wasnt actually delivered, despite the GTI website showing it as delivered they tell me Amazon will not help as it's been too long. I didn't buy it from Amazon so rightly told GTI to resend it or refund me. They have now stopped communicating. I would very strongly suggest you avoid shopping there as their customer service and care is really very poor indeed.
