I was supposed to have a gift delivered for a child on the 24th September. GTI not only purchased it directly from Amazon but also had them delivered it. For some reason they tried in early August not the date we asked for, and then when we find out in September it wasnt actually delivered, despite the GTI website showing it as delivered they tell me Amazon will not help as it's been too long. I didn't buy it from Amazon so rightly told GTI to resend it or refund me. They have now stopped communicating. I would very strongly suggest you avoid shopping there as their customer service and care is really very poor indeed.
