STAY AWAY - VOUCHER DOES NOT FUNCTION. I bought a voucher for a holiday gift, but it didn't work when I tried to use it and shows as PIN locked. I wish I had looked at all the similar reviews before wasting my time and money with this service.

Fraudulent site

They took my money but I never received the e-voucher. They claimed to send another which also did not arrive. They blamed my email address and asked me to provide a Gmail, Hotmail, or iCloud address. I contacted my bank to get a refund. Stay away!

Ignored after payment

I ordered a £50 gift card and chose the e-card option for instant delivery. It's been a week since I paid and I've received nothing, no response to my emails or calls, and no refund. I had to request my money back through the bank. Avoid this service!

Steer clear of this. I attempted to buy a voucher from them. Twice my payment details were denied, so I went directly to purchase from the retailer. I later discovered they had charged me despite the error, and the recipient never received anything. No confirmation email was sent to me either.

Voucher issue

I received a voucher from another site, but it was not accepted. When I contacted support, they refused to issue a refund. This site is a scam... I will never use it again and hope to prevent others from being scammed.

Pleasantly surprised! Great customer service & fast delivery

I bought a voucher and received it the next day. I was worried after seeing the reviews, so I emailed the service for a tracking number. Although they couldn't provide it, a representative was very helpful and assured me I would get a full refund if it didn't arrive within the timeframe. When I got home, the voucher was waiting for me, arriving in under 36 hours and looking great with a lovely card. I will definitely use this service again 😊.
