Purchased a John Lewis Gift voucher for a hard working employee about Christmas in 2021 which is valid until Jan 2024. On the first attempt the code wasn't recognised, spoke to customers services to correct. Unfortunately at that time they were caring for a terminally ill family member, when they did try to use the voucher - still doesn't work. The company has been taken over High Street Vouchers - who initially were helpful. Cant speak to anybody, no email replies... so going to have to go through a different legal route. Next time will go direct to the Retailers..
