Issues with Motherboard Functionality

The product I received was defective (B550 Motherboard) and caused problems with PCs entering sleep mode. This issue seems to affect multiple users. Instead of addressing the problem, the support team shifted the blame to hardware, suggesting I borrow power supplies and reinstall my operating system. The root of the problem appears to be with s0ix sleep, yet they refuse to acknowledge it or provide a BIOS update that would allow changing the setting to S3, which would fix the issue. The staff's attitude was patronizing and uninformed. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
