After purchasing my motherboard six months ago, I experienced increasing instability and crashes, ultimately leading to a failure to POST. When I reached out to the support team, they informed me that I had to arrange and cover the shipping costs to their office. Two days after they received the motherboard, I received an email stating they had 'repaired' it, but all they did was update the BIOS. They clearly didn't stress test it, as I had indicated that was the source of the crashes. I was then asked to handle the pickup arrangements, only to be told there was 'nothing to collect' when the driver arrived. They eventually mentioned they would ask another courier to pick it up. Having purchased many products over the years, I am now hesitant to buy from them again.
