Outstanding Customer Service

After an accident with my laptop, which had fallen off a hospital bed, it stopped charging completely. I reached out to the company over a year later, just seeking information, and to my surprise, they informed me it was still under warranty. The representative assisted me in confirming the warranty status, and once I was able, I sent it in for repair. Remarkably, it was ready for pickup the very next business day! I can't praise the customer service enough after this experience.
