Lack of Customer Respect

There is a blatant lack of respect for customers. The customer service team takes too long to respond, does not honor warranties, continues to release defective products, and fails to issue recalls despite significant defects being identified. They only offer a one-time 'free' repair (which still requires payment for shipping) for a limited number of affected serials, and even the replacement parts barely last a year. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
