I deeply regret purchasing a laptop from this company three years ago. Although it’s out of warranty, I expected support for upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11, which seems like a basic expectation for a device of this caliber. I have tried multiple times to get assistance but found the responses to be unhelpful. Each time, I had to fill out an online form, and it often took a week or more to receive a reply, which was consistently unhelpful. Eventually, I was referred to a different technical team with similar results. They advised me to contact the operating system provider, who was helpful but unable to resolve the issue. I am now left with a computer that cannot upgrade, and they refuse to assist since I am out of warranty. They would charge me significantly for support and require me to send my device to them, without offering any online remote assistance.
