People knows that poor customer service more that 1 hour not belong to customer service associates , it is %100 belong to poor manager . " The water must be clean from the source" . if the water from source be clean , then you can expect to get clean Water . when the big boss have all Leader traits then can manage company or organization . in this case which is GIGABYTE technology . this company does not have problem . in the USA have problem because of manager . a person who can not solve issue after 2 months to Fix RMA system . Still when you call even in the morning you have to be on hold at less for 1 hour and if you don't disconnected may by someone answer you . my Experience is a above the very bad. imagine for 3 month you have to have follow up , call them ,email them , no body care , every day you have to tell them again your story , then they said you laptop does not have warranty or guaranty .you provide all information which is take a photo and sent to them all information plus invoice and then after one month , when you want to talk with supervisor little by little getting hope to someone answer you . anyway for me after 4 month just today 9/2/2021 finally they gave me shipping tracking number . I never ever ever ever buy anything belong to GIGABYTE , never send anything for repairing to them and extremely and highly recommended people to not buy GIGABYTE products , because after buying no one answer you and the risk of failing and lasting your money is on you .
