Product has serious faults and sleep issues

The product is defective and causes problems with PCs entering sleep mode. This issue is reported by multiple users. The support team, rather than addressing the problem, is shifting blame to other hardware, suggesting I change power supplies and reinstall my operating system. The problem clearly lies with s0ix sleep, yet they refuse to recognize it or provide a BIOS update that would allow switching to S3, which would fix the issue. The staff's attitude is condescending and unhelpful. I will not be purchasing from them again.
