Charlie Drummond was exceptionally helpful, initially with my queries and once I had decided to switch, he supported the whole process over the phone, which made it super easy. Everything was very clear, explained well, even questions e.g. about the TV which were not something Gigaclear could help with, Charlie shared information which was helpful. I would highly recommend the customer service, switch not yet taken place, so yet to experience the broadband.
