⭐ 0-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed
I rarely leave reviews, but after everything I’ve experienced, I feel compelled to share this. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I honestly cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I submitted my claim on December 5, 2025. It is now almost March, and I am still waiting. Nearly three months have gone by without a resolution, without a clear answer, and without any real sense of progress. That is simply not what anyone expects when they purchase insurance.
Every time I contact International Medical Group (IMG), I receive the same response: “Your claim is under review” or “We are experiencing a high volume of claims.” I completely understand that companies get busy and that processing claims can take time. I’m not expecting miracles or instant results. But hearing the exact same scripted response over and over again for months, with no meaningful update, feels dismissive and impersonal. It makes me feel like just another number in a queue rather than a customer who genuinely needs assistance.
What has been most upsetting is the lack of transparency. There has been no clear explanation of where my claim stands in the process, no estimated timeline, and no proactive communication. I’m the one who has to follow up every time, only to be told to keep waiting. Waiting without information is incredibly stressful, especially when it involves a situation serious enough to require filing a claim in the first place.
Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind during difficult times. That’s why we pay for it. Instead of reassurance, this experience has added even more anxiety and disappointment. When you invest in coverage, you trust that if something happens, your claim will be handled professionally, fairly, and within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
At this point, I feel ignored and let down. I expected clearer communication, better customer service, and a more efficient process. I sincerely hope IMG takes feedback like this seriously and makes meaningful improvements to how they handle claims and communicate with customers. No one should have to wait months in uncertainty without real answers.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
