You only find out how good an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. Poor communication I had to chase up several times for what was a simple change of health claim. Gigasure offload their claims to IMG global who are equally as poor communicating. When I did get an email it was always saying it was in progress and I should hear something in 5 days. Even when they approved the claim it was another 7 days before I received payment. A total of 2 months for a simple claim. Wouldn't use Gigasure again.
No cover for current conflict abroad in the Middle East. Stuck in Thailand with- No cover for accommodation No cover for cancelled flights No cover for foodThey provided no assistance whatsoever apart from say they don’t cover these situations
