We took our family to celebrate a birthday at a local restaurant. Once seated, we received menus but waited 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order despite the restaurant being only half full. Eventually, I had to request drinks, which took another 10 minutes. It was clear that the staff were not prioritizing service. After another 15 minutes, we had to ask to place our food order. The starters were good, but our empty dishes remained on the table for an additional 15 minutes. When we finally received our main courses, many were cold and had to be sent back. The food was decent overall, but I was frustrated by the delay and lack of attention. I asked for the bill, which came quickly. I opted not to pay the service charge. Overall, our visit was not satisfactory. It seems that good service has been overlooked, which is disheartening. We won’t be returning, as dining out has become increasingly disappointing at various places.
