I placed my order on November 28, and today, December 28, I still have no idea when it will be delivered, even though I paid in full.This order was originally meant to be a birthday gift, then it became a Christmas gift, and now… it’s just a package that never arrives.Giglio claims their guaranteed shipping time is 15 business days, but according to them, the clock only starts when the order is handed over to the carrier, not from the purchase date. So apparently, it would be completely fine if I ordered in January and they shipped in December—which is absurd.They have refused to take responsibility, offered no compensation, and still will not provide a delivery date.
