I am currently experiencing an issue with a previous order and contacted customer service on February 27th to resolve it. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. I understand that companies can be busy, but it is frustrating not to hear back when trying to solve a problem. I hope the company will respond here or contact me so we can resolve this matter.
Although I was initially disappointed because my order was late in Greece, they explained to me that they had a huge volume of orders, so the product arrived quickly and the brand I wanted was expensive, but it was worth it because they have the best prices.

Hände weg vor diesem miesen Online Shop !!!Ich habe 2 Teile retourniert und man behauptet es wäre nur 1 Teil im Karton gewesen !!Absoluter Betrug !!! There were definitely 2 parts in this package - you are accusing me of fraud. This fraud happened in your warehouse!!! I have never experienced a part going missing. We will take legal action against you - this is deliberate fraud.
I would strongly advise against ordering from this company, purely because of how their system is set up.You pay for an item, but instead of the order going into processing, they first need to “check if the item is available”. In other words, you can fully pay for a product that is not actually secured or available. That alone is unacceptable.In my case, I waited 9–10 days after ordering. During this entire time, my order never even entered the processing stage. I contacted customer service multiple times, and every single time I received the same generic response. I was never told when the item would arrive, only vague answers and delays. I was clearly just being kept waiting.After almost ten days, I finally received an email stating that the jacket was not available and that the order was cancelled by the company.Despite this, my PayPal payment has still not been refunded, even though the cancellation was initiated by them.What makes this even worse: I checked again afterwards, and the same jacket is shown as available for purchase again on the website. This makes the whole process feel extremely unprofessional and unserious.This experience is shocking for a company operating in this price and luxury segment.This was my first and definitely last order here.
This website looks like a fraud. I made an online purchase using a credit card. The specific item was still available for sale, for at least 24 hrs after my purcharge. They advised me 8 days later, that my purchase was cancelled. They did not accept my request for compensation (ie to send me with no extra charge, a similar item, that I have found available on their website (the similar item was about 29 euros more expensive that the original item I had purchased). For more than a decade, I make 90 % of my purchases on line. This is the 1st time I have had such a bad experience. Thank you
After getting my Product some buttons were not perfectly attached. I contacted the support and send them some pictures of the Situation. The response Time was less then one day and we found a fair Solution. Thats very important for a professional online shop and makes a positive different to other companies.
I do not recommend this webshop to anyone! I ordered a pair of sunglasses, they wrote that the product was damaged, they offered me a pair of glasses that cost 2/3 as much, but of the same brand! I did not accept them, although they refunded the price, but the sunglasses I wanted immediately appeared on their website, but this one is almost double the price! I wrote to them that what they are doing is funny! To this they replied that this one is damaged too! I think they are having fun with this, that they put it up at a very favorable price, and then write that it is not available and they are trying to trick the customer with some other, cheaper crap! This is an unfair company!
This was my first and last purchase from GIGLIO, and without exaggeration, it is the worst multi-brand store I have ever dealt with.I placed an order for a bag on December 27, 2025. Today is January 9, 2026, and my order has not even been processed yet. When will my order be shipped? When will it actually be delivered? This situation is absolutely unacceptable. At the moment, I have neither the bag nor my money. Fantastic experience.Dealing with GIGLIO feels like dealing with scammers, and I deeply regret ever placing this order.Do yourself a favor and never shop at GIGLIO.
I ordered a Barbour Beaufort Sage. They lasted 1 month in sending my order and when I received it, I realised that they sent me a Barbour Bedale instead of Beaufort. When I contacted them they told me that the model they sent me was correct. They are scammers
