Bought a jacket on Dec 5 for a Christmas present. After 2 weeks status “paid”, no processing no shipping, nothing! … so I asked if it was out of stock. They replied “of course not otherwise you would have got the refund in 24h, it is just in another warehouse and you will get processing info soon.” Complete silence for week. Given the terrible service I asked what had to be done to cancel it, as it was not arriving for Christmas. Then few hours later I got a message that my order was cancelled. No apologize, nothing.
