Giglio cancelled my order unilaterally

I have ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 02.12.2025 at Giglio. A week later, there was an automatic notification from the platform that there is a delay and the order has not been shipped yet. Meantime, next day (09.12), they have issued my reserved funds for the order, which means that they cancelled my order unilaterally. No prior notification, no emailing, describing the situation and asking my confirmation to cancel the order or offering me to wait - NOTHING. This is something that I have never met anywhere else. This behaviour of Giglio leaves a buyer in full uncertainty and wastes buyers' time.
