Failed purchase and waist of time

I placed an order on September 6th for two pairs of shoes, including a pair of **Adidas Originals** on sale for 90€. Even though the shipping cost was 10€, the discount made the deal attractive. A few days later, I was informed that the order was delayed, and then on September 11th, I received another email saying the **Adidas** were out of stock and that I’d be refunded only after the rest of the order was shipped.This is extremely frustrating as they held my money for a product they never had in stock. As compensation, they offered a 10% discount on future purchases, but that doesn’t solve the issue, especially with the high shipping fees. I’ve sent three emails requesting a formal complaint form, and every time, I received the same response: "We are a community store, and these issues may occur."I do not recommend buying here due to poor service and unreliable stock management. As a retail store, it's basic to ensure that you have the products you sell. It feels like the Adidas sale was just bait, as it’s a trendy shoe, but was never truly available.
