My return has been received by Giglio more than a week ago. According to my account the item has been approved ( since four days) When asking the customer service about an update about the refund, the only thing that is said is that the item has been received and that they have to verify if the return is compliant. By e-mail I stress the fact that the item already has been approved. Then I hear nothing and still no refund. It is pity, until now I had a good experience with Giglio. Now I am having serious doubts about future purchases.
