Poor customer service. Was sold a faulty pair of Hogan trainers that are made smaller than the actual size indicated. Additionally, I purchased two pairs of trousers which are labelled smaller that indicated when purchased.Admittedly the time for a refund has passed, but they have no interest in rectifying, simply offering apologies despite it being their fault. Not even a credit note is offered. The products are brand new and have never been worn. An extremely poor level of service that hides behind a vague EU law. Giglio should be standing up and showing they are willing to provide superior customer service and correct THEIR mistakes. ===============In reply to the response: 1. Are you not going to comment on the two pairs of trousers advertised and sold by you as a waist 28 (44), when in actual fact they are a waist 26 (42)?2. EU law states a minimum of 2 years for faulty goods...key word there is "minimum". It is up to the company to determine how long they choose once a product is identified as faulty.3. Please do not put words in my mouth and embellish "your" truth. I did not ask for a refund in my emails to you. In fact my exact words were: "The pair are brand new and have never been worn; I kindly ask you to reconsider your position on the trainers. As expressed previously I am happy to accept store credit, I understand the time that has passed and don’t expect a refund of money at all." - you might want to read and take on board what is written carefully next time before blathering and blabbering away.4. On the "anyway" part, actually when you measure the product it is over 1cm smaller than the size 7 pair I bought from you, which would indicate it is less than the size 6.5 that I purchased, thus it is faulty. Even the pictures show the sole it too small for the uppers when compared with other pairs of the same style. I indicated this all to your team but it was ignored, who then instead went onto the vague EU law as a fallback when I asked for your "evaluation" process.5. Please explain how your special ruler eye sight can determine defects from a photo? Would still love to know your "evaluation" process....you know, because of that [poor excuse for] customer service you say you provided.Again, I will repeat, it may be 5 years later, but the products have not been worn and that is due to them being either missold or faulty. An honest company who has sold a faulty product or made a mistake would resolve, but then GIGLIO isn't that honest and will shirk and evade their responsibilities instead.
