My experiences with Giglio have been nothing but positive. I have placed many orders and returned many items.I found Customer Service to be attentive to detail, thorough and helpful - much more so than a majority of other retailers (read my other reviews).I see some people are complaining it took over a week to issue a refund. Okay, try returning something to Saks, for example. They wait 30 days from the time they received your return to issue a refund AND they won't respond to e-mails. Don't complain about Giglio.Giglio is great! I wish they covered and refunded duties and taxes for orders to Canada, but many online retailers don't.
