I received my order very quickly and service was excellent. However, my problem arose when the product I received became faulty. I had to return faulty product which then had to be shipped to manufacturer in Italy. As a result, I have been without my product for several months now as I have to await inspection from Italian Brand. This is not acceptable customer care in 2024. I believe that I am Giglio’s customer and they should be dealing with my problem and then taking it up themselves with manufacturer.Gaia from Customer Care has replied quickly to each email I send, however, my problem has not yet been solved. I am most disappointed.
