I ordered a bag with plenty of time to arrive in the US for new years eve. When the holiday approached and I never received a notification (like they said I would) I emailed. They came back a day later and said “We didn’t ship your order because your billing and shipping address aren’t the same. Please answer a myriad of questions on this unsecured email chain to verify those are your addresses.” Absolutely not. I have a feeling that I’m going to have to involve the bank unfortunately. Because they may be prompt on trustpilot, but they will grab your money, not ship your order, and then question you only AFTER you reach out. Sketchy because this is all contrary to the shipping policy. Unfortunately I still want the bag, but I cannot stand not being kept advised of my order when I try a new company. I still have not been refunded after responding to their email. This was order 1521462.
