The worst costumer service and a lost package

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the employees' work. I placed the order on November 27th and it was supposed to arrive within 8-9 business days! Today is December 19th, my parcel has been lost and no one from the support service is responding to my emails with questions about my parcel! I ordered a bag for my sister's birthday and because of your negligence, my sister was left without a birthday present!! No one answers me or gives me information about my package!
