I placed an order with Giglio on April 4, spending over $1800 on a Max Mara cashmere jacket and a pair of shoes. As of today—nearly a month later—I have still not received my package!!!I promptly submitted my taxpayer information as required for customs, but UPS still has no estimated delivery date. Even worse, the package is listed as only 1 kg in the UPS system, which is highly suspicious for an order of this size and value—it raises the possibility that the package may have been empty when scanned.Giglio’s customer support has been completely unhelpful. They only respond via email with vague, automated replies like “we will do our best to make you receive your package,” yet they take no actual action and provide no real updates. At this point, their lack of accountability is unacceptable.If I don’t receive the order by the end of this week, I will initiate a dispute through my bank to recover the full amount.Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from Giglio again!!!
