I purchased a pair of COCCINELLE boots from Giglio.com (Order #1783665, purchased on October 11, 2024). After wearing them just 2-3 times, the insole compressed slightly, causing sharp protrusions to appear, making them unwearable as they hurt my feet.Since mid-December, I have been trying to reach out to Giglio.com through emails, contact forms, and phone calls, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. My last attempt was today, and I am still waiting.While in Milan, I visited a COCCINELLE store, where the issue was acknowledged. However, they informed me that I needed to resolve the matter with Giglio.com, as the purchase was made through them. I was hoping for some assistance, but despite my efforts, I have yet to receive any support.I understand that issues can arise, but good customer service makes all the difference. I would truly appreciate a response and a fair resolution to this matter. If my issue is finally addressed and resolved, I will be happy to update my review accordingly.
