placed an order with Giglio and paid through Klarna. The parcel was shipped too late, so I contacted the store to cancel. They told me I could refuse the delivery, which I did — I never accepted or touched the parcel.Now Giglio claims that one of the items was missing when the package was returned and says they have started an investigation with FedEx. However, this has nothing to do with me, as I never received the parcel. I should not have to wait for the outcome of their investigation to get my refund.Very disappointing experience. I expected a professional company to handle this responsibly and refund me in full without delay.
