I needed to cancel an order with Giglio, and although they helped me with this, I still have not received my money back. My funds are being held for two months by my bank because Giglio do not want to help by letting my bank know that it is okay to release my funds. Mark that I even send the Giglio team the email adress for the bank as adviced by my bank and told them what to write to save them time. It would have been very easy for them to assist with this but they refused. They even knew, that I needed to cancel the order due to pretty serious personal matter regarding money. I would not recommend shopping here.
