I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which was confirmed—only to be cancelled with the claim that the item was out of stock. Oddly, the same item (same size) remained listed on their website right afterward, but at a higher price.I tried again and placed a second order—at the new higher price—which was also accepted and then cancelled. Both times, I was told there was a “stock misalignment.” This would be understandable once, but the pattern and timing feel far more like price manipulation than a simple inventory issue.I reached out to customer service and received a series of impersonal, copy-paste-style replies from a representative named Irene, who eventually told me:“We inform you to not order these shoes anymore, since as mentioned the item is out of stock.”This response was not only dismissive but tone-deaf—essentially telling a paying customer to stop trying to buy something from their store. Irene also offered two discount coupons as “compensation,” but gave no real apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience, lost time, or repeated cancellations.Even worse, she confirmed that some items are excluded from discounts due to "commercial policies", which only reinforces my concern that my lower-priced orders were cancelled so the product could be resold at a higher price.All in all, this has been a disappointing experience marked by misleading listings, poor communication, and an unacceptable approach to customer care. I will not be shopping here again—and I recommend others proceed with caution.
